Eligibility

Products + Limited Vault Colors

All products are handmade in Anaheim, CA. Limited vault colors are released in small batches and disappear when sold out. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing + Errors

Prices are in US dollars. While we work to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

Orders

Order confirmations indicate that we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Shipping

Orders ship within 3-5 business days from Anaheim, CA. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or international charges. Once a package leaves the US, we have no control over foreign mail delivery systems. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our studio.

Returns

Standard items: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Buyers cover return shipping. Custom colors, personalized orders, and limited-edition vault items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Damaged-in-transit items: email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Vexxia name, logo, product designs, photographs, and copy — is the property of Vexxia Designs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Customer photos posted to our site or marketing materials are used with permission of the photographer. If you tag #VEXXIAOWNED on TikTok or Instagram, you grant Vexxia Designs permission to feature your post on our website and marketing materials with credit to your handle.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, or to interfere with the site's operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexxia Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
