When do new items launch?

New colors and limited drops release in small batches throughout the year. Join our list to get the heads-up before each drop, and follow us on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube at @vexxiadesigns for live reveals.

How long do orders take to ship?

Orders ship from Anaheim, CA within 3-5 business days. Limited drops will be announced on the drop date with exact ship windows.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country across the world. Please note that any duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or additional international charges are 100% the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We work hard to package and ship your orders as quickly as possible, and we send out packages daily. Because of this fast turnaround, we cannot make any address changes after an order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as labels are automatically generated exactly how they are entered. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to repurchase the shipping label to have it sent out again.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our studio. If your tracking shows your item is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please make sure the address you entered during checkout is correct, look around your mailbox and porch area, and check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered there by mistake. Sometimes your post office will mark a package as delivered but won't actually bring it by until the next day or so, so please give it a little extra time. You can also contact your local post office, as they use GPS tracking to verify exactly where your package was dropped off. For international customers, once an order leaves the United States, we have zero control over the package or foreign mail delivery systems and cannot track it further for you.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on our standard individual items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are sent back in their original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and any loss in product value if not returned originally will be the buyer's responsibility. Because our custom colors, personalized orders, and limited-edition vault items are strictly one-of-a-kind, these special releases are completely final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If any item arrives damaged from transit, please take immediate photos of both the item and the packaging, and email us right away so we can make it right.
